President of Building Logics, Inc., Michael has been actively involved in the development of the AIA/CES Program and its curriculum since its implementation. Most recent involvement includes Chairman of the AIA/CES Provider Council, Member of the AIA/CES Audit Review Committee and the AIA/CES Validation Committee. With a professional background in architecture and engineering, Michael has had the unique opportunity to combine 20 years of professional and practical experience into a truly educational experience for all participants. Michael’s Continuing Education Programs have been taught throughout the country and are hailed by the AIA as a standard bearer for all providers. Building Logics is a founder,sponsor and faculty member of the semi-annual AIA/CES Firm Leadership Summit. Mr. Perry provides both educational programs and technical support to the architectural profession throughout the United States. He has taught courses at Kent State University for undergraduate and professional development credits. He has served as Co-Chairman of the AIA Cornerstone Partners, was inducted as an Honorary AIA member, and has served as a juror on the AIA’s esteemed Honor Awards.

Many of the green roof projects he has completed around the country have been featured in magazines and newspapers such as the Washington Post, Nashville Times and Plant Engineering Magazine. He has been featured in a gardening show on the Comcast Network as well as local network stations in and around the Mid-Atlantic Region.
