With 20 years as a leader and project manager in architecture/engineering firms, Rayle handled principal level responsibilities, plus new business development and project completion. Rayle consulted to more than a dozen Fortune 500 firms, numerous small organizations, and many federal, state and local government clients. She also completed more than 50 projects including corporate headquarters, call centers, control and data centers, as well as manufacturing, financial services
and health care facilities.

Ten years as a corporate real estate executive and internal management consultant for two Fortune 500 companies gave Rayle direct knowledge of the client view. She was the client representative for many projects designed by leading US architecture and interior design firms. Rayle led assignments in strategic facilities planning, strategic business
planning, business process innovation and improvement, organizational development, change management, quality management, training and labor relations. Corporate real estate responsibilities also focused on translating the business needs of several thousand corporate resources employees into long-term real estate strategies.

As National President of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the largest professional association of interior designers in the world with over 35,000 members, Rayle implemented strategic planning and management processes during her term.

For her distinguished work, Rayle was elected to Fellowship in ASID. Rayle also served on the Board of Directors of the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

She holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Rayle also trained at Cornell University’s NY State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership. Rayle is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner.
